Wouldn't this be better posted over on the Overseas Holidays board, as I thought most Thomas Cook holidays were for destinations abroad rather than the UK ?0

Frankly, customers have already been refunded for holidays either by the CAA if it was a package, or ABTA if it was something else. This suggestion from the liquidator will lead to major fraud if they do not check with those bodies, in fact, those who can claim are those who had vouchers or gift cards which are not financially protected, but in reality who would have kept the documentation for two and a half years away?0
