currys - ruined food compensation?

finally the 3rd engineer we have had out yesterday has mended our fridge freezer. the air flow pipe was blocked with ice and something else was the matter (dont ask me, im not very technical), yet it took 3 engineers to come to this conclusion. :mad:

we currently have a freezer full of ruined food as the freezer wasnt working propely either.

can we approach currys and ask for some kind of compensation as this is the second lot of food that has been ruined by their faulty goods.

Can't you claim on the home contents insurance and tell them it was Curry's fault? Let them fight it out.

yes claim under you cotents insurance as most have a frozen food section

you may have an excess deducted which you can then claim from currys and claim extra fro the hassle to
