Bulb are known for raising the direct debit far higher than it needs to be. You need to work out what you think is reasonable and email them about it. When they tried that on me I opted to pay by variable direct debit where they take for the exact amount used each month. It works for me but it does mean that in the winter I will have high payments to make, so it may not work for you.

Sorry not to come back before, I’m unwell with a health issue. 

I will dig out what I can and go from there. Appears I should submit a reading so bulb can double check their calculations.

They only have one tariff the SVT and if the OP sent in regular readings and they were correct then it must be a mistake on the part who have massively overcalculated the new DD.
