Options
i went to a concert at the o2 and the sound was atrocious how do you make a complaint about not being able to heard a word the band sing. Because cant see anything on the 02 website about making a complaint.

It may not be the fault of the Arena. It is likely that the band's promoters arranged the speaker system and balancing etc.
    Gone ... or have I?
  • i knew someone who complained to the o2 about the prince gig and what the abov poster said is basically what they were told

The acoustics at the O2 are pretty crap - it wasn't designed for music! I was a bit disappointed after seeing Elton John because of the sound
nothing to see here, move along...
  • Nothing to do with the arena, go to the bands website and make a complaint on there.

  • Must be a little bit to do with the arena. Haven't seen the shape or layout of the arena to check, but if people are having trouble with the acoustics at multiple gigs, then the common denominator would be the arena.

Probably down to the promoter rather than the arena seeing the promoter arranges everything for the band including the sound set up
  • i was directly facing the stage which i thought would be great but they had lights shining into the audience so could not see who was on stage and the sound well most of the songs could not hear a word. i went to the prince concert and he was in the middle of the arena and i was at the side view was really good as well as the sound i thought so i did not expect it to be so bad this time it was only the second time i had been to a concert there.

From what you have described, that is not the fault of the Arena.
