Management pack query

Hi all!

Were *hopefully* nearing the end of the sale of our house and purchase of our next home.

we’re in a 4 person chain;

FTB
Us
Our sellers
2 year old new build, now empty property.

Our vendors are currently waiting on the management pack from the end of the chain, has anyone got any experience in how long this can take (I’ve read some horror stories but hoping this isn’t the norm) and does this mean that there’s likely a whole new set of enquiries off of the back of this too?

We were hoping for an April completion initially but not looking likely now this has been thrown into the mix so I’m keen to hopefully hear some good experiences but all welcome!

    Or a couple of.... months....
    Sorry it's impossible to say.
    and does this mean that there’s likely a whole new set of enquiries off of the back of this too?
    Usually not, but potentially.

    We are in a new build and currently selling. Our management pack took a couple of weeks at most. The vendor's solicitors have had quite a few questions about it but hopefully they are now all resolved!

    It depends with the new build if the developer has finished onthe site I guess.
    If they are still building and selling homes, their focus will be on selling them as that brings them money in.
    May you find your sister soon Helli.
    Sleep well.
