I'm sure you can remove the numbering on paragraph  3.3.2,   just join 3.3 and 3.3.2  together as one paragraph.

It is NOT an offence, at best it is a parking event.

With a Claim Issue Date of 7th April, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Tuesday 10th May 2022 to file your Defence.

That's over three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

What would happen if I completed this form on the MCOL website rather than what you suggest regarding emailing evidence etc.?

What would happen if someone completed and submitted their defence on the MCOL website rather than emailing so much documentation separately?

This ia a very old thread so you should start your own if you need help but the reason not to use the MCOL site to file a defence is because the box provided for the defence is too small for a proper response to the claim.
Much better to send a properly formatted (12pt Times New Rpman, Double Spaced) PDF with all the detail.
