I'm sure you can remove the numbering on paragraph 3.3.2, just join 3.3 and 3.3.2 together as one paragraph.1

3.1 The driver, and five members of the attending party attended a restaurant on the date of the alleged event offence. The restaurant is located on a main road. The vehicle was parked on Rigby Mews, a parking area behind Wizz restaurant, which is accessed along an unlit alleyway between 2 nearby shops

That's over three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.
just wondering why you say..
"Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.."
What would happen if I completed this form on the MCOL website rather than what you suggest regarding emailing evidence etc.?

Hi @KeithP ,
just wondering why you say..
"Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.."
What would happen if someone completed and submitted their defence on the MCOL website rather than emailing so much documentation separately?
Thanks for your insights..0 -
This ia a very old thread so you should start your own if you need help but the reason not to use the MCOL site to file a defence is because the box provided for the defence is too small for a proper response to the claim.
Much better to send a properly formatted (12pt Times New Rpman, Double Spaced) PDF with all the detail.Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'3
