Virgin credit card app.

Hi, I am having difficulties paying my Virgin credit card using the Virgin app.
I use iPad and Virgin app but when I come to the button at the bottom of the page to confirm so my bank can call me to verify my payment the button disappear so low I can’t press it .
I can see the button but unable to press it .
anybody else have this problem ?

The app is useless to pay my card bill.

Try turning your tablet on it's side, like rotate it so it goes into "widescreen" instead of Portrait0
