Advice needed from DIY Tree Surgeons on diseased tree
Options
I have this tree which is half damaged half in good condition. What to do to make sure I can rescue whats left..??
After search I found tree as Japanese Cherry Blossom tree (see pics). Got 2 colour flowers white and rose. Vey nice looking flowers. Main stem is completely dead wood smaller side branches are healthy.. Whats the best way to rescue this tree? part where I have ladder is dry dead wood. I cut some damaged branches and I can confirm I could directly put those in wood burner. That much dry!!
If I cut main dry part of tree from live part of tree should I apply some chemical (??) can i rescue this tree..? thanks
See photos..

Your grafted ornamental cherry has produced a wild offshoot from below the graft and the 'refined' pink part has now partially died-off, either in response, or because of disease in old age.Cherries aren't long-lived. You can grow on the wild white trunks if you like, but they have developed haphazardly and aren't very ornamental. I would have the lot down for firewood myself, replacing with a new tree of a different type. Cut stems of cherries need treating with strong stump killer/glyphosate or they soon throw up new growth.2

Another one to suggest that it needs a radical prune; one cut at the base. What's left of the pink grafted cherry doesn't look very healthy. Based on my experience the chances are that will also die next winter or the one after.
Enjoy the remaining blossom and then get in the chain saw. I'd advise starting to research replacements and o9rdering by September to plant next winter.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing1 -
Or - cut out all old dead wood then chop down a foot or two fron the main trunk.
It will re sprout and see what you've got blossomwise.
The tennis club near me has done this.
Net is the right time to do it after flowering.
We've got really old cherries round here that bloom brilliantly.I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!

After closer look what Woolsery said seems to be correct...see pics.
looks like branches from budding and other gives those 2 colors. Looks like 3 trees at the bottom of tree.
I cut the main wood already that was completely dry ..
Thinking to cut other 2 branches which got white flowers now as end of those branches also seems to be dry wood.

Agree with others - cherry is not longlived. They will make excellent firewood. As the old Woodburning Rhyme goes:
Pear logs and apple logs,
They will scent your room,
Cherry logs across the dogs,
Smell like flowers in bloom.
