LV's Flow Car Insurance

Has anyone had any experience of Flow's car insurance?
I've just bought a new car and their quoted annual cost is pretty amazing.
Now I'm nearly knocking 50's door down, so I know I'm not this company's target demographic audience, but I have a query around NCD that their site doesn't answer.
I currently have documented 9+ years NCD with my current insurer. If take out Flow insurance, will this accrued NCD be lost (i.e. similar to when you're with an insurer that only recognises 5 years, and only issue proof of up to 5 years after the initial 12 month term, like Aviva)
It seems that NCD isn't something flow use as a key factor in their model when assessing risks, so want to ensure that if I switch away in 12 months time, I'm not left with no proof of NCD for more traditional providers.

They have an annual and a rolling monthly insurance, which did you go for?
Certainly their annual policy asks for your NCD amount and allows you to add 0-20 years and so no reason to suspect they won't provide an NCD proof afterwards. The rolling policy has a fairly different quote system and so cannot go through it to see about NCD on that product.0 -

We managed to contact them and they confirmed the same. Annual policies work traditionally with NCD, and proof after the term.
The monthly policies seem to work differently, and don't use NCD. they seem to be a rolling monthly insurance, with a maximum price given every three month.
Nearly dismissed flow, until reading they were LV's digital offering. My farts hospitalize small children0
