APP alternative to Smart Life Prog Stat .

Hi all.

I'm looking for an aesthetically-pleasing and easy to use (the two pretty much go hand in hand...) Phone App to control my WiFi Prog Stat. I initially fitted a BEOK Prog Stat as an experiment, as I picked one up cheaply on t'Bay, and the App that comes with it - BEOK HOME is rather nifty in most respects - nice visually, and very intuitive:

Good things - the flame symbol changes colour to suggest the temp, the temp-adjusting ring is large and easy to use, the programmed settings are visible along t'bottom, and that sort of stuff. Really quite nifty. Bad things - the App is plagued with 'Device query failed' warnings when you try and connect to it, nothing fatal, but bludy annoying. And - OHMAGAWD! - the thermostat selection screen is headed "My Thermostat's".

Sigh.

I've since changed the BEOK to a Tuya, which is a much nicer physical device - it's a wee cracker, actually - but this uses the 'Smart Life' App which, whilst working well, has a pretty pants interface. Adjusting the temp is awkward as it's tricky to make the 'wheels' move as little as 1 degree, so usually a few stabs are required, and the wheel NEEDS to be used (the BEOK also had up and down arrows on the screen - you can see them in that pic) and the whole visual interface is bland and uninspiring compared to the BEOK's. Basically, the BEOK looks far more developed and sophisticated, but the App is affected by glitches. (Well, one at least).

Weird detail - Smart Life can also be used on the BEOK Prog Stat, but I haven't been able to get BEOK HOME to work with the Tuya. Grrr.

Soooo, is there another well-regarded App out there that should work with my Tuya but look more like BEOK?!

This is the touch-control Tuya - gently back-lit all the time, so easy to read at a glance, and then it goes to full brightness for a few seconds when touched or settings changed. Gentle 'chirp' too when settings changed. All in all a cracking little device - but with two large flaws; one is that it has only one-degree temp change increments (should be half-degree at least), and the weekend program allows only one 'on' and one 'off' (there's 5 (I think) changes available during week days):
