Tried this no access to passes. I am using laptop

I believe you need to sign into your account to cancel which can be easily done on laptop,tablet etc.

Agree with outofworksch. The link works fine for me and I'm also using a laptop.
Buy why on earth would you cancel when season 4 of the Rookie hasn't ended yet?!! Crazy.
- it's one of my favourites and I get Now free through BT at the moment so I can't complain.
