American Express overpayment - help needed

We once had a refund for a holiday into Amex so basically a big overpayment! Amex weren’t fussed, said we could have the balance back if we wanted.0

Quick update - managed to get a neighbour to pick up the mail and forward it to me. Found the Amex bill and paid it just in time.
LPAs were already in place, so they are now being used on a temporary basis to help out with any financial issues.
The new system to view LPAs seems to work well. Definitely worth using if you have an LPA that was registered after 1 September 2019.2
