What happens once a cifas marker has been removed

Hi, I was wondering what happens after a cifas marker has been removed , can you open a bank account and will it get opened like nothing happened and when the marker has been removed will not show up anywhere like nothing happend

You may find any banks you had a relationship with prior to the CIFAS marker will remember it in their data history. When it's physically gone from your reports though, it's gone. When a credit check is carried out - it won't be there.
Other data might indicate that there was a problem historically - depending on how long ago things happened. If you had 5 bank accounts/credit cards that were all closed at a similar time, and then nothing for X years/months - any new financial provider might ask themselves why that was.
For someone who has the marker removed - I might suggest they apply with a bank that they didn't have a previous dealing with (or was part of the same group) - so that it wasn't hidden in their historical data, and the chances of successfully getting a bank account would be a little higher.
There are others that might have more insight than me on the matter - but that's my take...0
