Car insurance quote not being honoured

I went to look at my car insurance renewal and on the website they want to charge me £30 for motor legal cover. 
I sent the above screenshot to my insurer's customer service to query that, as the email very clearly says that the renewal price includes legal cover.
Their Customer Service people are just not understanding what I'm telling them. How do I get them to honor the renewal email. Anyone have a phone number for quotemehappy?

From what I can see, it's included in the total renewal price, so if the renewal price says £1000 then it is £970 for car insurance  + £30 legal cover

Are they saying £1000 for renewal and adding £30 on top? making it £1030?

Yes, they say that I can add it on for an extra £30 at renewal. The cost on the website is the same as the email but without the added extra of legal cover.

Yes, it's competitive if the quote includes the cover but not so great if I have to add it on at extra cost.
