British Gas still no statement

We were transfered from People's Energy to British Gas last Sept. Our payments went up from £170 to £230 as expected & we waited patiently for our PE credit balance to be processed. They have now included this in our payment history, but we are still waiting for a Bill/Statement to be available. Apparently our payments need to be increased but no clue as to how much, their website is pretty rubbish. I'm going to try & call BG but I expect it wont be easy to get hold of someone. Have other people that were moved to British Gas had their statements yet? I've been presuming its just taking a long time for them to get the transferred accounts up to date.

    Got a bill/statement on 1st Feb after being moved from Neon Reef HOWEVER it has been reversed in early March and never replaced. Didn't cover the missing 14 days or so between NR failing and BG asking for their first read as well.
    When I went on Chat recently, the agent told me that BG were disputing a number of the changeover reads used by Neon Reef to produce their final "statements" which was delaying the issue of 1st BG bills.
    I pointed out that BG had now included the final balance from my NR statement as a debit on my balance so they had obviously accepted my final statement but he insisted that they were still in discussions !!
    It's a total shambles !!

    We have a smart meter (which I took photos of during the changeover) so there shouldnt be any disputes. We've just had no statements or bills whatsoever so far, not even a suggestion of a new payment amount.  I see that British Gas have been named the worst company to be transferred to, tbh I'm wondering if we should move to another provider. But without a basic statement of account I think that might be difficult.
