only lived here 2 month and so far ive not seen any natwest bank and i need to change details in a branch lol and ive no idea what to do or if im missing something here?

It's Ulster Bank in NI. Whether you can do what you need in one of those, then I don't know.

Try Ulster Bank - they're part of the same (RBS) group.  AIUI there are no NatWest branches in NI.

You can also deposit cash/cheques etc at the Post Office https://www.postoffice.co.uk/natwest

If you have the app you can deposit  cheques through it by scanning them.
