Does anyone know what number I can ring to speak to someone in the UK about my never ending Xbox problem please?
I'm sick and tired of this now and just want some action taken, but am getting nowhere with speaking to the people in the call centres outwith the UK.
Thanks
Sal

Freephone: 0800 587 1102 for the Xbox (or London: 020 7365 9792)

Thanks Isofa
That's the numbers I used, but no one there is in the UK, the calls all go through to call centres abroad.
Thanks for your reply though.

Oh please, I really am desperate for some help with this.
I've emailed, phoned hundreds of times (most times end up getting cut off) faxed, and written - all to no avail.
I've also spoken to Trading Standard who said it might end up going to Small Claims Court.
Just because Microsoft are a multi-million pound company, they think they can treat everyone as badly as this - someone, somewhere must be willing to take them on.
Help anyone?

Theytold me in the foreign call centre a free fix or replacement is only for the red rings of death, my son's 360 killed a game by burning rings into it and they wanted my name, console no. etcetc before they told me I would have to shell out £60 quid for a repair even though the console ruined a £30 game- I said no chance, hopefully the damn thing will get the red rings soon so I can get it replaced- what a contrast with sony, my son's psp packed up and they sent me one NEXT DAY for free-v v happy with them.
I also asked fpr uk number on here but noone knew, I hope you get it sorted soon, let me know if you find it 'cos I'd like to have a word with them too!Fr. Stack: While you were out, I got the keys to your car. And drove it into a big wall. And if you don't like it, tough. I've had my fun, and that's all that matters.0 -

why don't you contact the retailer? You're covered under the sale of goods act for up to 6 years on faulty products. Depending on what the fault is m$ have admitted there is a problem so the store can't really argue that the xbox isn't faulty.0

As you said it depends on the fault and as the OP didnt specify the fault we cant really give a lot of support to them0 -
Thanks for the replies.
The problem is the dreaded three red light problem.
The retailer was Gamestation and they've said it has to be dealt with by the Manufacturer who was MS???
