hi - got sent a email  from switchcraft saying I can save money on energy price cap if I move to northumbria energy..do other people have any experience of these companies either good or bad it would be appreciated ..thank you...

Your not going to save money with anyone at the moment so just delete the email.

Exit fees are very high as well.  £75 per fuel on 1 year fix and £150 per fuel on 2 year fix.

Where have I heard the parent energy firm Euston from? (apart from Monopoly) EDIT : Neo possibly?

Seems the company is Euston Energy trading as Northumbria Energy.

Yes, it was Euston then renamed as I mentioned above, this is from the Northumbria Energy website under 'Legal' :
