In a nutshell, builder did a cr4p job and left the tiles really messy with grout. It has totally hardened and conventional cleaners will not remove it. Any ideas what I could use?? Thanks in advance, Freda.

This happens alot. You can remove bulk with scrapper, but watch you dont damage your tiles...

Thanks OP, I have been wanting to ask the same question myself. When I moved into my flat I was told that it would be cleaned funny though, they seem to have forgotten the bathroom - my tiles are covered in grout. I shall follow the tips on here to see if I can get the rest off.0
