It has m3 written on the front of it  - this is the meter in your garage or outdoor meter box - not the IHD in the kitchen

    And…..

If your meter only has 4 numbers to the left of any numbers in red then your meter is an older imperial-type meter. If your meter has 5 numbers to the left of a decimal point or space then you have a newer-style metric meter.

Why on earth are you using your dryer so much? We are 3 adults in  a very similar house to you and I don't even own a dryer. Nor would I ever want one. I don't have wet washing hanging around either so to me that is where you could save a lot of money easily.  You all work from home so why all the need for so much washing and bathing?

I'm truly shocked by your use of washing machine and tumble dryer.  Although there are only 2 of us, we only need 2 washes a week (at 30C or 40C) and the only things that go in the TD are towels, once a fortnight (but NOT if they can be line-dried...my husband loves 'rough' towels, I prefer mine soft... we both get half of the year at our own choice!.  We change our bed linen every other Sunday, and our towels the intermediate ones. There's far too much washing going on!

And, speaking of baths... unless you live in Bath and have access to thermals, 19 is mad.  I shower every day.  My husband every other day.  5 minutes, each, max.

    Thanks all

Found an online calculator ie units to kwh for gas, just put the units used for the conversion and then muluiply that number at your gas rate.

    https://www.businessenergy.com/business-gas/gas-bill-calculator/

    Electric

    https://www.electricitybillcalculator.com/yourbill/

NB: Just put the units in the calculator to convert gas then use the other part of the calculator to get price inc standing charges

The electric one is simple just the units used, standing char, price per unit and calculate the period eg 1 day to any number of days

    I

We've cut back on the heating and lighting.

So... have you cut back from the heating being on 25C to 20C .. or 20C to 18C?  That will make a whole lot of difference.

Update - 2 great links to calcualtors for gas and eletric in my above post just added the eltric one.

No, not turned the heating down  as you stated as we have trv's or whatever they are called and and were already low on the spare bedrooms, highest in the hall, landing, livingroom and our daughters bedroom - we do turn it off early or turn on later if not that cold and if the sun is out house warms up by itself as long as its not too cold.
