There is no way those items will use 13 kWh per day.Where are you getting that usage from ?1

@Morrell35 Something wrong here . You had absolutely nothing one - didn't boil a kettle, shower, microwave, hot water via immersion , ..............
I have a 4 bed and don't use 13 KWh / day
#Are these your meter readings ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill1 -
It's what they've told me over the phone and on the app i have a one bedroomed flat i use the oven about an hour a day don't use the kettle has to be something wrong with the smart meter topped it up with £35 last wednesday and it's gone already0

Have you done a sanity test on your meter to check that it is actually the one supplying your flat ?

Never use a card or key inherited from a previous user, it could have their debt on it so you could be repaying it, always get a new one in your name. You can check by looking at the meter, typically the S and T screens. To check your usage, just read the meter kWh figure each day.1

Any use of the emergency credit can also result in a build-up of standing charges which are recovered along with the emergency credit used when you next top-up, so it can be confusing to just look at the ££, do start reading the meter and look at the actual daily use...
