These steps are all in the first 12 steps in the Template Defence thread. There is also a new question in the N180 that we hope you worked out to say NO to (see the very recent thread about it by @Grizebeck ).

I've already filled it out, I have no issue with that as the thread was useful (the new question isn't on my DQ I was sent so not a problem there either) I've emailed the court & claimant the DQ, I just wasn't sure if this was sufficient or if I needed to post also?

    Thanks

    That's sufficient! Got an auto-acknowledgement?

Yes I've had acknowledgment from both, thanks!
  • Hello, I’ve had my court date through for the 8th March. Can I please confirm I submit my witness statement 14 days prior to this date? I will upload my witness statement on here once completed for feedback. Thank you.

You are asking us a deadline that we don't know, but you do, because it's stated on page 2 of that very hearing letter!

Do NOT use the Robert Cox WS bundle example in the NEWBIES thread. It is out of date.

Use the one from 2022 posted by @aphex007

You should all be complaining to Savills...tell them how this farce made you feel.

Highview need kicking out of this site, IMHO.

    Calling @Umkomaas!

    ANOTHER DISCONTINUANCE!

ANOTHER HIGHVIEW ONE BITES THE DUST!

And we sincerely hope that you are au fait with the need to respond to the final Government Public Consultation?

We all need to ram the nail in the coffin of the false £70 'DRA fee' add-on, that actually funds the court claim and toxic CCJ culture, as well as the DRA and roboclaim 'legals' gaslighting of people.

Please come back here when it opens, and you can make sure you don't miss the Public Consultation:

If you are not a regular reader, to be alerted you'll need to bookmark the thread by MSE_JC at the top of the forum and enable (on your profile) email alerts for bookmarked threads.

Then join us when the Consultation opens in a few weeks.
