I've already filled it out, I have no issue with that as the thread was useful (the new question isn't on my DQ I was sent so not a problem there either) I've emailed the court & claimant the DQ, I just wasn't sure if this was sufficient or if I needed to post also?

Hello, I’ve had my court date through for the 8th March. Can I please confirm I submit my witness statement 14 days prior to this date? I will upload my witness statement on here once completed for feedback. Thank you.

You are asking us a deadline that we don't know, but you do, because it's stated on page 2 of that very hearing letter!

Do NOT use the Robert Cox WS bundle example in the NEWBIES thread. It is out of date.

Use the one from 2022 posted by @aphex007
