The Prize

To celebrate our partnership, you could win a 9-day holiday for two to the tropical Costa Rica courtesy of Journey Latin America. This incredible prize also includes:

• Return international flights from the UK (Gatwick or Heathrow) to San José in economy class.
• Transfers in Costa Rica.
• Good-quality, mid-range hotels on a B&B basis in San José, Arenal and Manuel Antonio.
• Guided excursions in Arenal and Manuel Antonio National Park.
• An Individual Family Membership to the Eden Project (one Member, plus one family guest and up to three children aged 5-16 per visit) providing certain free membership and exclusive offers and discounts.

Costa Rica holiday T&C's:

1. There is one prize of a 9-day holiday (UK-UK) for two people in Costa Rica, including 1nt in San José, 3nts Arenal and 3nts Manuel Antonio occupying one room in mid-range hotels on a B&B basis, transfers in Costa Rica, international flights to and from the UK in economy class, and two half-day shared excursions to Arenal and Manuel Antonio National Parks.
2. The prize does NOT include transfers to the airport in the UK, any meals other than those stated or spending money. Inoculations, visas, PCR, Antigen tests, tips and adequate travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and are not covered by the prize.
3. The winner must book their travel by 30 September 2022 and complete all travel between:

• 1 September – 30 November 2022
• 1 January – 31 March 2023
• 1 May – 30th June 2023
  Dates are subject to availability. Alternative travel dates are not available.

1. Once the trip is booked and confirmed, any amendments to the booking will be at the winner’s cost.
2. Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 years or over and in possession of a full UK passport.  Employees of Journey Latin America or their families or any agencies or persons connected with this competition may not enter. 
3. The winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize. 
4. Journey Latin America will not accept any liability for any loss or damages suffered whilst on this trip. Journey Latin America’s standard terms and conditions of travel apply and can be found at www.journeylatinamerica.co.uk. 
5. Only one entry per person.
6. No responsibility will be accepted for lost or delayed entries. Photocopies of the entry form will not be accepted.
7. The prizes must be accepted as offered. There is no cash or other alternative. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of an equivalent or greater value. The prize is non-transferable.
8. The winner accepts that they may be required to submit an image of themselves in Costa Rica for Journey Latin America to use on their social media channels, website and e-newsletters  and that their initials as well as town of residence may be used in promotional materials.
9. Entrants agree to be bound by all entry instructions of which these terms and conditions from a part.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
