HI Ya
Plan for my kitchen has the edge of the electric hob 25cm from the edge of the sink drainer if the sink is bang in the middle of the window on  L shape kitchen with the hob on 1 bit of the  L shape and the sink at 90 degrees to the hob.

Is this legal as i can only find this https://www.nhbc.co.uk/binaries/content/assets/nhbc/tech-zone/nhbc-standards/tech-guidance/8.1/electrical-fittings-near-cookers-sinks-and-wash-basins-.pdf

I can move the sink further away but the basin wouldn't be in the middle of the window see images.
The 250 doors are a corner unit consisting of two 250 wide doors
The kitchen is ordered but this has started to play on my mind which plan would be better.
Also does peninsular cabinets need to be fixed to the floor https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/metod-support-bracket-for-kitchen-island-20298405/

Thanks

It looks like you'll have the recommended minimum distance of 300mm to the bowl in the first image. But a few points to consider.
An extractor hood over the hob is a good thing to have. Having the hob on the leg as you have makes an extractor problematic unles you have a pop-up one. There is also the safety aspect of having an external door so close to the back of the hob - Imagine a child running in and catching a pan of hot liquid on the way past...
250mm doors on a corner unit is far from practical - Have had 500mm doors on a corner unit, and getting to stuff was a pain in the rear. On a standard 300mm unit, things get shoved to the back, and that's where they stay until the kitchen is ripped out. You might want to rethink that part of the design.
Cooker/hob isolation switch - Where is it going to be located ?
Ideally, it wants to be within 1000mm of the hob, so the wall between the door & window would be the most sensible location. But you need to watch the 300mm distance to sink.

The 250 doors are on a corner unit and the doors open as one with a carousel in the unit.
The cooker switch is on the wail new
between the door and the window.
The hob is 900mm from the wall and the walk way past the hob is about 1200mm wide but don't have children.
    Thanks

IMO, it needs if it has drawers.

The drawers are next to the sink unit.
The peninsular cabinets are a 800 unit oven unit and the corner unit.
    Thanks

Second picture, but spin the sink so the sink is under the window with the draining board on the right.

Block the door up and put french doors in the window.
