Lcs and Eon
Hi all I've got a demand letter from lcs for an address I've never lived at or owned. I have no idea how my name is being suggested as the person responsible for the energy bill.
The letter says eon passed my contact details- I've tried to contact them but get no answer.
I've sent lcs an email and have had no reply. I tried to call them but the agent kept asking for my date of birth which I didn't want to disclose do he ended the call. I'm baffled as to why I've been contacted. Has this happened to anyone else?
