Buying small plot of land from firstport

Hi we bought a new build 3 years ago and there is a small bit of land adjacent to our drive (affects no one else) but Firstport own that bit of land. It’s approximately 20ft x 10ft
Firstport keep coming back saying that they don’t want to sell it 🙈 it’s useless to anyone except us.
is there anything we can do? We wanted to fence in the drive so would make that land a waste of space if we have to fence around it
thanks

You may need consent to put fences up in your front garden.1
