Hi I am trying to get hold of a human being at Opodo. I have had an email to my flight change request has been confirmed but the app and website still show the original date. I have tried the chat on the app which is just automated - which is useless. I have tried numerous numbers some of them are just automated and others are not recognised. I have emailed but no reply. I am desperate to speak to a human being does anyone have contact details. Help

Unfortunately you are now experiencing the delights of dealing with one of these 'cheap' online ticket sellers. This one with back office operations (I can't call it customer services) in Spain. These businesses are able to advertise that eye catching cheap fare because they cut out the back off functions, automating what they can through Manage Booking online self serve options, limiting any real opportunity for human contact. If you manage to get hold of someone they are likely overworked, ill trained and unable to work off script. They normally also offer add-on's during the booking flow for things like so called Prime service a priority in a service queue if you need to speak with them.
If you never have to make a change to your travel plans and are happy to not really have dealings with them after booking online - then you might get away with things. For anything else expect frustration and delays. #travelwise.0
