Urgent help how to pay London County Court court fees

Hi,

I filed a claim for small claims and after 6 months finally got a letter from London County Court at The Strand which a court date in May. They gave me until May 14th 4pm to pay £27 court fee otherwise they will strike the claim and I have to pay defendent fees. There is no website or payment information. I called the help line and after 50 min on hold was given a payments number that I tried calling and calling with no answer. Its Easter so i am also in Italy.

I can ask brother to send an urgent check but by god no way to pay this given a few day notice and Easter holidays and in Italy. 

I am not sure I can send anyone physically to the Strand they said they require appointments.

Please advise any ideas or support. Moneyclaims website only accept payment for initial claim not court fees

The number I was given was +442079477502 for Payments. No one is picking up.

How long are you in Italy for?
As you still have a month to pay.

14 May is more than few days away.

They mean 14 April. Their other thread says they received a letter last Friday saying they were to pay by tomorrow:

Are you sure you havre the correct phone number a s a Google search for it reports  it used for scal calls.
