Anyone else having issues re billing prior to price hikes?
They wanted to push our monthly payment from £145 to £600! 
On checking the bill I saw that they'd put an estimated bill for February at £950! We have smart meters so was "surprised" to say the least. So started a myriad of emails, ongoing still! It turns out our they can read the gas but not the electricity! So sent in readings, and after a couple of weeks shell still demanding payment. I sent electric readings online they went thru but got email that they were invalid. After double checking found the issue ( got email saying how to read etc. But it doesn't say anything lol when I rechecked lol) so sent new reading all correct, to get email saying the reading is wrong as it's below what " they" think it is! Yes they are included the £950! 
Pointed this out 3 times now! I've sent a photo of the reading via email. 
there's no way we spent £950 in 28 days! And yes we now it goes up etc! We've always keep an eye on usage and to triple a 28 day month which was pretty mild anyway! ( South coast) smacks of a misskeying of staff also they never contacted us re unusual reading!
