@k_man Thanks for the info. It does appear a bit off from the product leaflet. They've obviously sold a lot due to the number of reviews, which are 75% 5 star and 15% 4 star.
I'll probably use it but keep an eye on it and avoid buying things like this from Amazon in the future.

    From the listing:
It is delivered by Prime, but sold by Letour9228.

    Also,
It is not 60W, but maybe 5W to 10W.
It may be claiming output (on high) equivalent to a 60W incandescent bulb
It is not 5000 lumens, maybe 500-600
The runtime on high will be likely be much less than the stated 8 hours

As above it should have a CE marking, but anyone can print one of those, unless you are able to validate the rating? As such having a CE marking is no proof of quality.

There appear to be a number of listing for the same light with different brand names. Normally a warning sign to avoid.

It’s crazy that this is marketed as 60w, when it clearly couldn’t be. If they are inaccurate about this, then can you trust the description at all? Run time, for example, which probably matters a lot for camping, may be exaggerated.

Unfortunately, the reviews on Amazon are not trustworthy.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

@GDB2222 On one side of the box it says it can run for 6–8 hours and then on the next site is says up to 20 hours. :o

I've never really considered that but I just googled it and one source says up to 60% of reviews for electronics are fake.
    Lesson learned!

I would suggest doing a trial run. Charge it fully, and see how long it stays bright.

Sounds like a sensible suggestion.  Hang it outside to test if you have somewhere protected from rain.
