I have a couple of A symbols on my dash.
One is the Stop/Start - this is an A in a circle with an arrow.

The other is the auto hold on the electronic handbrake, telling you it's activated when stopped.

As Renault and Nissan are an alliance, they share a lot of tech so it wouldn't surprise me you found the same sort of symbols and warnings.

Engine auto stop / start system - currently switched off either due to manual override or maybe the battery status. There will be a button somewhere with a similar symbol on to switch it on / off or maybe a setting in one of the settings menus accessed through the dashboard.
