battery on my laptop not charging

:mad: hi all can't seem to get my less than year old laptop to charge.orange light flashes then turns green take power lead out and still dead as a dodo any one got any idea why this is happening

what's the make and model of the laptop? is it still within the warranty period, if it is contact supplier or manufacturer it may be just the battery has failed worse could be the charger or charger circuit within the laptop.0

Hi ' did you pay for the laptop or did you steal it? If you paid for it take it back to retailer, if not try getting accidental house contents insurance.0
