Energy Companies Reporting On Your Credit File?!?

E.ON have reported to CRAs for years, however they need your full name and DOB to do so. Are you still with them or have you been moved to E.ON Next as AFAIK they don't yet report to CRAs.

We started with Eon in April 21, and were migrated to Next in November.

Previously with So, and I don't recall seeing them on our reports in the past.

I suspect E.ON haven't updated the CRAs to show your account is now closed and are continuing to show a zero balance each month. You'll probably find in a month or two that it's changed to show your account is closed. I assume in the future E.ON Next will start to report with CRAs
