Carpet Beetles?

Hi everyone!
Wanted to ask about Carpet Beetles, over the last few weeks(probably 8-12 weeks) I've spotted 4 Carpet Beetles in my home!
All floors are laminate apart from 2 rugs, I hoover twice daily.
Could this be the start of worse to come or more likely they have strayed in when the windows have been open?
I've had a good search around and haven't found any larve or anything that looks like a nest but it's made me rather paranoid.
So far I've seen 1 on the kitchen window, 1 in bedroom window and 2 on bathroom window(not at same time was weeks apart).
I have 2 cats so really hoping I don't need to use any chemicals.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I had them in a previous house and they weren't any bother. They eat animal fur too and as I was mostly hard floors I think they were surviving on the cat hair where she slept in the loft room.
Relative to the clothes moth infestation in a subsequent house they were an extremely friendly pest!Officially in a clique of idiots1 -
Yes....but they do go crunch underfoot. No man is worth crawling on this earth.
So much to read, so little time.0
