Summons for inventory and account

Dear all, please can anyone assist with the wording of a summons for inventory and account from the Administrator of a deceased's estate? What sort of things do I include on the affidavit? I have tried so many ways to do this cost effectively but solicitors seem to want a fortune.

No specific wording is required. Have a look at https://www.kingsleynapley.co.uk/insights/blogs/dispute-resolution-law-blog/beneficiaries-in-the-dark-what-can-you-do-to-obtain-the-information-you-needandreak said:Dear all, please can anyone assist with the wording of a summons for inventory and account from the Administrator of a deceased's estate? Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0 -
Are you a residual beneficiary? If not you don’t have a right to a copy of the estate accounts.0

Anyone with an interest in the estate (which includes any beneficiary) can make an application for inventory and account. It's not the same thing as estate accounts - have a look at the link I've given above.Keep_pedalling said:Are you a residual beneficiary? Yes, I am not only a creditor but the sole beneficiary...unfortunately the deceased's family fraudulently applied for and were granted probate.0

His mother with her son as legal representative0

Because he has 3 children...I am their mother..0

Yes it does because they failed to mention the existence of his children. They didn't even tell me he had died. Everything has been disposed of without even telling me0
