Fit to fly test for US

I was wondering if anyone has travelled to the US recently and done the fit to fly test?
I have done a search online and there are some companies that offer a virtual test the day before travel and provide a certificate. I am not sure this method gives me much confidence.
Can someone with any experience of a provider make a recommendation? Do pharmacies do this?
Thanks

What is it about the virtual test that doesn't give you much confidence? That you think it won't be accurate, or that you think the certificate won't arrive on time?
Most people I know use Qured (test kit comes through the post and you book a video link appointment the day before travel) and have had no issues. For most people it's simpler than trying to find somewhere to do an in person test the day before you fly in amongst packing and getting ready to travel.0 -

Well because I am flying on Friday and it's too late now to order a test for home. .1 -

For a cheaper option, as Silvercar mentions, Klarity allow you to use your own kit (an NHS one will suffice) and their service to issue a certificate. You can do the Basic option which is £9.95 I think whereby you upload a photo of the test to the website and they issue a certificate. Strictly speaking the test has to be supervised for the US, however the certificate is exactly the same and there is no difference. Has the supervisors name on the bottom and you get the green Verifly tick. No-one has experienced any issues going to the US. No-one really cares as long as you have the correct documentation!
If you are that worried you can pay a little extra - £16 -17 for their Standard package.0 -
Hi, I've had to book a last minute trip to USA for a family emergency leaving tomorrow.
I've booked tickets and esta, and now going through the covid process.
Just want some reassurance that I need a negative test result and to sign the online assertation and contact tracing?
Will I need a covid pass?
For info, I'm fully vaccinated including booster and never had the virus.
Thanks in advance for any assistance. Its not the stress I need right now.0 -
