I am also finding SSE impossible as regards overdue FIT payments. Nothing since the Autumn. Yet we have been supplying them since 2012. Payments got slower but always arrived. I have done the sending of the photo off too, even though access to our meter was always available as it is an outbuilding. They seemed to think we were mind readers on needing that photo. Dreadful service. So much for being part of the Ovo family. Green energy which they are not paying for it seems.
