I can't help on your ROI but I've had an iboost since summer 2013 and, touch wood/tocca ferro, it's still performing reliably. In that time I've diverted (pops out to look..) 8913 units, and that's as a single person household. It's very difficult to assess the return - for example, how do you cost boiler maintenance when you've 7 months of the year without using it. I receive FITs which changes the game of course, although now fuel costs do as well, but I thought a few figures might give the OP something to chew on.

Thanks, trying to work out the ROI, is there a calculator or guide in how to do this please ? Tried my man maths but something is not right and don't have all the data namely how much generation or import across 12 months I would incur.4kw Hyundai Solar split on East and West roofs. Do not forget that you can use it to power on any restive load so oil filled radiator eg.
So even on cold days over winter it is of some use.1 -
Also is there a cheaper version of a automated immersion diverter ? Solic 200 looks like a potential however my meter reader is outside and the hot water cylinder is in the loft.4kw Hyundai Solar split on East and West roofs. It needs mounted near the consumer unit NOT the meter as it must to be connected to the power supply to the immersion heater (it doesnt have to be close but if it isnt it still needs connecting to the consumer unit)3.995kWP SSW facing. Commissioned 7 July 2011. 24 degree pitch (£3.36 /W).

Regarding the Solar edge inverter is this a high voltage system ? If so does the PylonTech batteries work with them? The reason I am asking as the seller is only recommending LG batteries which are costly.4kw Hyundai Solar split on East and West roofs.
