Jet2 online check in Turkey Unavailable

I’m trying to check in online but keep getting a message saying it’s not available. I pre booked seats at time of booking, baggage is included, I have my own insurance. I don’t want any other extras so all I fill in are my personal details & tick the hazardous items list. I’m trying to get my boarding passes so I can use the Twilight baggage drop at Birmingham. Help!

Are you definitely in the window when checkin is allowed?
You could try a different browser or incognito mode in case it is a cookie or something at your end

Yes I’m off in under 28 days. I’ve tried iPad, laptop, husband’s android mobile, different browsers etc & still won’t let me do it! Thanks for trying to help 👍

What does that mean? A tick box to confirm you've read the list, or to advise that you do have something on that list? (I'll assume the former, but always best to check - I've never travelled with Jet2 so have no idea of what their website may ask). :)

If it means the latter then perhaps there's some other info you need to supply?

Hi Jenni. A tick to confirm, as when they ask you at the physical check in if you have any of the shown hazardous items in your hold luggage. Thanks for taking the time to comment 👍
