Ryanair flight via Love Holidays

Hi,
Booked a holiday via Love Holidays, flight was with Ryanair.
The holiday is a couple of weeks away so I decided to login to the Ryanair website and add API etc. When Iogin with the reservation number and my email address is says "We’re sorry, we cannot find your booking. Please ensure your email and reservation number are correct."
Of course I can't get through to Love Holidays...
Anyone has a similar experience or am I doing something wrong?

Are you using the RyanAir booking reference number on the RyanAir website? It will be different from the LoveHolidays one.1

Love Holidays don't use your personal email when booking. They generate a random email to use.
It wasn't provided in any of the communications they sent me but I received a DM via their Twitter account with the details.1 -
Hi, my friend has this same issue but doesn't have Facebook/Twitter etc. Does anyone know how she can retrieve her Ryanair booking reference please? She has tried several times to obtain this from Love Holidays, without success. She needs to add another bag but doesn't fly until September so no immediate urgency. Thanks0
