Hi there I’m self employed and claim wtc . In tax year 2021/2022 I opened a sipp and payed a lump sum in . Do I put the amount I paid in plus tax relief on wtc form as I paid this amount from savings not my business account? Many thanks for any help .

From your total household income you should deduct any:• pension contributions you pay outside of your salary or from your net income, including any tax relief due1 -
