At a tangent regarding returning the post.

When I moved in, I did this but for certain organisations they kept sending letters even though I kept returning them. This especially applied to what looked like a grant awarding body.
The way I got it to work was when the envelope was big enough.
On the front I put "Not known at this address" and the return address.
On the reverse, I wrote something like (though I can't remember exactly):
This addressee moved out Month and Year. I did not know their forwarding address. My parents bought this property are are not the addressee.

This last one seemed to do the trick.

That only works if they can officially find a new legal address for the addressee. Otherwise anyone could write 'not known at this address' or maliciously redirect post for fraudulent purposes.

My younger daughter I think will make a claim because she has not lived with me for the last 10 years but yet she refuses to move her bank statements. And electro roll, driving license, even her cars are registered to my address. So this is why I want my son to have 50% share now.

I have asked her many times to change all her stuff to her house but she will not. So I have had enough of this and I’m of complete sound mind regarding my will.

You could be opening a whole expensive can of worms for her if you don't get her to sort this out.

How is she on the electoral role when as the occupier you are completing the annual canvass? As for the others stuff just return to sender, with a note of her new address if you know it. This will possible cause her bank to close here accounts and get a fine of up to £1000 from the DVLA.
