Hi.
Tasked with fixing these wrecked drawer rollers, so looking to source replacement runners and sides at least. I think it's more a 'commercial' type kitchen, and the drawer sides are metal. I will be doing the usual surfing, but just in case anyone on here is sad enough to know about such things   Thanks.
(The actual roller is missing in the first pic.)

I'm sad enough to be interested in such questions smile

I think you are in luck; it looks like it is this drawer:

The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.

Not long binned a whole stack of draw runners & guides very similar - Could have nicked a roller or two if you had said sooner.

Cheers, FB. At SF's price, I'd best replace the whole caboodle

Screwfix stock more than one size. Yours look longer than 400mm, have you measured them?

Thanks, Alder - yes, I noticed that, and will do so.
