MSE credit club verification problem

Has anybody had any problems with the credit club recently
after many years of no issues I tried to login on over the weekend it stated it needs further verification which can take 2 days, tried again today and i could not be verified, I deleted the account, re-registered and it's the same issue will take another 2 days to verify
never had this problem before can anyone advise

Had a similar problem, tried resetting my password via the email link, but it keeps stating that the passwords don't match (but they do!)0
