I have just received a speeding ticket from Greater Manchester Police for doing 57mph in a 50mph variable speed zone on the m62 westbound, I could’ve sworn it was a 60mph zone but anyway does the 10% + 2 not give me the lee way?
just want opinions on what I can do or am I just going to have to pay it and take the course and move on,
Thanks

The 10% plus 2 is the starting point for prosecution; at 56mph you should have been in the clear.

You will need to sign up to pepipoo with a non-hotmail email address, read the FAQs, then post your redacted ticket with your query on the police section of the forum.I married my cousin.
