Currently i am SE in a partnership. Large amount of savings. And the business really only has enough profit for one individual.
Currently on WTC
What state benefits can i get if i stop being SE or change partnership to a very low percentage for myself?

If your savings are over £16,000 you are excluded from means tested benefits (other than the WTC you currently claim). You cannot claim JSA (which is not means tested) because you will not meet the NI contribution requirements.
Once your savings drop below £16,000 you will eligible for UC. Entitlement will depend on your circumstances.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.1 -
