Is this shed saveable or beyond repair?

So we recently bought our first house and we inherited this shed in the garden. It's got a big hole in the roof felting, but worse it seems like the roof has some structural problems. Would you guys say it's beyond repair? And if not what do I need to get from B&Q this weekend to be able to fix it? TIA

Oh my, the shed we are giving away is in 10 X better nick than this, but so far no takers!

Giving it one more week then will have to go with the final option of a neighbour (with a van) taking the dismantled bits to the local tip.
