Hello, we have bought a property with the below covenant: "Not to build any walls fences or other structures nor allow any hedge to grow on the Property between any building on the Property and the Road." It makes no difference if the neighbours have forgotten about the covenants.
The only thing that matters is who the beneficiaries are and whether or not they are likely to enforce them.
