Smart meter query
Hi
Wondering if someone can advise?
I was checking out my smart meter (had it for over5 years) & noticed the attached, it was at £9 odds when I noticed it on Tuesday, does anyone know what it is? I have no debts with any energy company & pay direct debit
Thanks in advance!!

This isn't about your account balance, it is just a running total of the bill for the current period based on the tariff details it has been given. It may not actually have the correct current tariff.Either way it has no impact on billing, it just shows the same information as you'll see on the IHD in the house for the current billing period.2

Your paying by direct debit so looking at the screen shot of your account credit balance and then at what your meter says....it doesn't seem to tally up. Id deffo get in touch and ask your supplier what it means just for piece of mind, email your screen shots1
