IKEA Complaint Escalation

It is an online filing cabinet. Nothing more. It just means that people who don't know or can't be bothered, have somewhere where they can continue a complaint. They do not assist you, nor do they do any work.Deleted_User said:
They assist you and point you in the right direction in making a complaint to get your money back when a company are holding back on your refunding your money.sheramber said:Resolver only do what you can do yourself, send a complaint.
They have no more influence or authority than you do.0 -

There is no 'them'. It is somewhere you can file your complaints and see everything in chronological order. There are template letters but there isn't a 'them' giving help or advice.Deleted_User said:

Not at all. People may read this and assume Resolver will sort out their issue. It does no more than you can do yourself. If you find that argumentative then that's your problem. Nothing worse when people think something does/is something when it isn't.Deleted_User said:@ theonlywayisup, So argumentive!!

I have used Resolver.
They are just a filing cabinet or a communications conduit/aide memoir at best. They are just an additional and unnecessary step in the complaints process.1
